UFC Daing Na Bangus
Ingredients:
- 2 pieces bangus, prepared as in “daing”(Butterfly Cut)
- 1 head garlic, mashed
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/3 cup UFC Banana Catsup
- Cooking oil for frying
Procedure:
- Marinate bangus in garlic, salt, pepper and catsup.
- Keep covered in the refrigerator until ready to use.
- Fry in oil until done. Serves 4
