UFC Daing Na Bangus

Ingredients:

  • 2 pieces bangus, prepared as in “daing”(Butterfly Cut)
  • 1 head garlic, mashed
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/3 cup UFC Banana Catsup
  • Cooking oil for frying

Procedure:

  • Marinate bangus in garlic, salt, pepper and catsup.
  • Keep covered in the refrigerator until ready to use.
  • Fry in oil until done. Serves 4
